Women are fearfully and wonderfully created, but we are also made with unique distinctions. With the range in differences, it's no wonder leading women and caring for them is an enormous responsibility. It takes a lot of time, perseverance and patience. Lindsey Nobles, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Food for the Hungry, explains the one thing women leaders can do that will help them in their leadership role.
