JP gave five facets of what it looks like for the follower of Christ to sabbath:
  1. Follow God's example by resting
  2. Plan for rest
  3. Trust in God's control
  4. Remember all that God has done for you
  5. Show the world that you, as a follower of Christ, are different

JP that the call to sabbath rest should not be a burden, one more thing you must do to please God. Rather, it is a celebration of the reality of what God has done and is working through you. It is good news! You are free to rest! When you work, work with a God-glorifying focus and intensity, but when you rest, rest well knowing that He is in control.
