 In the first session, Bonnie listed five things that the non-profit organization Catalyst named as reasons for the lack of female leaders. In this session, Bonnie will share three things for women to consider who want to pursue leadership.



 For women pursuing leadership in their workplaces, the process can seem overwhelming when considering the many different directions they can take to get there. So, it is always good to have a few practical tips to help solidify a foundation to start.

 When it’s all said and done, a proper self-awareness and self-confidence in who God has created you to be is the way we will advance into leadership in our workplaces. When we understand our strengths and weaknesses, along with the direction that God has us on, we will grow into the leader that he’s designed us to be.
