Employees

The previous session looked at specific leadership qualities that help further company values. In this session, Dina explains how values impact employees and workplace culture.1

Dina spent time on Undercover Boss. During her time on the show, she saw firsthand whether or not her employees understood and implemented the company values of the Dwyer Group.
