Kevin shared that his company cares for employees by giving them opportunities to develop, grow, and utilize their skills and strengths so that they can progress toward their dream job.

Kevin pointed out that this kind of development is modeled by Christ, who saw potential in his disciples, mentored them, and tasked them with spreading the message of the gospel across the world. What if Jesus had not set such a high bar? What if the disciples only sought to share the gospel in their hometowns and surrounding villages?
