We hear a lot about culture-making as business leaders. We know it is important, but it can also be daunting. How can we incorporate our personal beliefs in a business where people have diverse beliefs? What does it look like to cultivate a healthy, God-honoring culture? In these videos from the WorkMatters FUSE Forum, John Roberts shares how the leadership at his organization have developed and sustained a strong culture of care built on biblical principles and humility. John is President and CEO of J.B. Hunt Transport Services, one of the largest transportation logistics companies in North America.
