As the Dean of the Business School at Wake Forest University, Steve, retired Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, Inc., dedicated himself to identifying and mentoring future leaders. In this video, he shares his thoughts on the importance of developing leadership through mentoring.




Steve how he helped his students to find the vocation that they would be most suited for—both in passion and in practice. The same holds true for identifying and equipping new leaders in a company. In order for them to succeed, they need to know what they’re good at and what they have a passion to do. As a leader, you have to help them find their fire.
