We all know that change is inevitable in every area of our lives, so why are we often so resistant to change? In this post, produced in partnership with Soderquist Leadership, Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy explains how embracing and leading change can help you become your very best. Dan Cathy is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Chick-fil-A, the largest quick-serve chicken restaurant chain and one of the largest family owned businesses in the United States.

Dan said he thinks about this quote often, “When the rate of external change exceeds the rate of internal change, disaster is imminent.”
