Nikki Toyama-Szeto is Executive Director of Evangelicals for Social Action. Nikki came to ESA with a long history of working with leaders for faith communities to help ignite a passion for biblical justice among the Global Church. Past engagements include speaking for Tearfund (Nepal) and Centro Esdras (Guatemala), CCDA (USA), and Billy Graham Center (USA). She writes and speaks from her experiences as a leader in organizations including International Justice Mission, the Urbana Conference and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Nikki also serves on the board of Interserve USA, Missio Alliance, and Casa Chiralagua. She is the author of Partnering with the Global Church and coauthor of More Than Serving Tea. She has a mechanical engineering degree from Stanford University and completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University studying in South Africa. Nikki resides in the DC metro area with her husband and two children.
