Paul White
Dr. Paul White is a psychologist, author, speaker, and consultant who “makes work relationships work.” Paul is the co-author of three books including The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace (written with Dr. Gary Chapman) The corresponding online assessment tool, Motivating by Appreciation Inventory, and the Appreciation at Work training resources have been used by numerous corporations, colleges and universities, medical facilities, schools, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, and is used in over 25 countries.
In his most recent book, The Vibrant Workplace: Overcoming the Obstacles to Building a Culture of Appreciation, Paul identifies the top 10 obstacles encountered in trying to build a culture of appreciation and how to overcome these challenges successfully. As a speaker and trainer, Paul has taught around the world. His expertise has been requested by Microsoft, NASA, the Million Dollar Round Table, ExxonMobil, L’Oreal, John Deere, the Milken Institute, DIRECTV, the Salvation Army, Princeton University, Dartmouth College, Wheaton College, Compassion International, and numerous other national organizations.
Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wheaton College, earned his Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University, and received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University. He and his wife have four adult children.
