Tony Bridwell is an international speaker, consultant, coach, and Partner and Practice Leader for Partners In Leadership. He served as Chief People Officer for Brinker International, one the world's largest casual dining companies, where he provided strategic leadership to a number of people services including team member relations, talent acquisition, executive and organizational development, and succession planning. Tony is the author of The Difference Maker: A Simple Fable About Making a Difference in the Life of Others and The Kingmaker: A Leadership Story of Integrity and Purpose. Tony studied architecture, theology, and business administration from Oklahoma State University, Mid-America Christian University, and Dallas Baptist University, respectively. Tony and his wife, Dee, reside in Dallas, Texas, and have three adult children.
