Our new content player provides an immersive, full-browser viewing experience and integrates some of our most popular features. You can view the content outline, read the study guide, and start a virtual group right from the series.

Our former training courses and training posts now have an updated design and are easier to use. For account owners and admins, you can create your own interactive content that can be used for team training, development plans, surveys, and more.

New Browse and Search Functions

The browse and search functions are now combined so you can find what you’re looking for in one place. We’ve also added advanced search filters, a popular speakers section, and more details on the search results page.

Updated Content Page

Get more information about the series or content you’re viewing, including the number of sessions, average session length, available subtitles, and spoken language(s). You can still add content to your saved list, download the trailer, and start a virtual group right from this page.

Need to Know

Launching November 29

RightNow Media @ Work users will be migrated to the new RightNow Media 3.0 experience on the week of November 29, 2021. Users will be notified before their account is migrated.

Same Login Credentials

Your login credentials are staying the same, so you’ll use the same email address and password that you use today to access your account.

New App

As part of the 3.0 update, all users will be required to download the RightNow Media app. The RightNow Media @ Work app no longer works.

Update Your Bookmarks

Once the migration takes place, update any saved RightNow Media @ Work links in your web browser as some of our web addresses are changing.

Role Changes

The Admin and Admin+ roles are being consolidated due to a change in curation for the 3.0 experience. The available roles will now be Owner, Admin, and User. Please reach out to your consultant for any questions or concerns regarding this change.

Your Content Is Migrating

Your organization’s custom libraries and training posts will migrate to the new 3.0 platform as interactive content. Additionally, all of your existing saved content is migrating to the new platform too. The former “My Queue” is now “My Saved” in the 3.0 experience.

When will my account/my organization’s account be updated to RightNow Media 3.0?

Your account was migrated on November 29, 2021.

Will my login credentials change?

No—you will use the same email address and password that you use today to access your RightNow Media @ Work account.

A note to those who use “save my password” functionality in their browser or a password manager: Because the new 3.0 login screen is a different URL than the current login screen, your browser or password manager may not populate your saved credentials. Be sure you know your email address and password for your RightNow Media @ Work account (or use the “forgot password” functionality to reset it).

Will I need to download a new app?

Yes. As part of the 3.0 update, all users will be required to download the RightNow Media app. The RightNow Media @ Work app no longer works. All the content in your personal queue or “watch list” is migrating to the new experience.

Will the content in my queue/watch list migrate to the new 3.0 experience?

Yes, all the content in your personal queue or “watch list” is migrating to the new experience.

Will my organization’s custom libraries and custom training posts migrate to this new experience?

Yes, all your organization’s custom libraries and custom training posts are migrating to the new experience.

How will this update impact the TV apps (Roku, Apple TV, etc.)?

TV apps (Roku, Apple TV, etc.): The TV apps will not be impacted by this update, but there are plans to make design and functionality enhancements to them soon—stay tuned!

If I have an account for both RightNow Media and RightNow Media @ Work, how will this update impact me?

We are migrating RightNow Media customers over to the 3.0 experience first, and we will migrate RightNow Media @ Work accounts a few weeks later. You will be notified separately when your RightNow Media account is being migrated and when your RightNow Media @ Work account is being migrated.
